Reopening for the first time in seven years, Segreto blends timeless Italian classics with the fire, soul and flavour of Argentina. Think warm, generous plates made for sharing – perfectly paired with bold reds, crisp whites or a beautifully crafted cocktail.

As the night settles in, Segreto shifts into a cosy late-night supper club, serving small plates and indulgent dessert cocktails well into the alpine evening.

The first Merritts Mountain Haus Feast of winter was a hit, and there are plenty more to come 🙌🏽 Running on select Sundays and Wednesdays until 30 August, it’s the perfect excuse to treat yourself to a Bavarian-style feast in the heart of the Snowy Mountains. 28cm storm total so far and the team have hit the ground running 👏 while the snowmaking team make the most of the freezing temps and the storm continues to deliver, our mountain ops team are working hard to safely open up more terrain.
