Boost Mobile Australian Mountain Biking Interschools
The 2025 Australian MTB Interschools features events & categories to suit every rider, ability & style. Whether you’re an enduro specialist, pump track master or a downhill demon, there is an event for you at the Boost Mobile Australian MTB Interschools.
The line-up of show stopping events includes the Rockshox Downhill, Fox Flow , Deity Pump Track, and the Maxxis All-Mountain!
Registrations will close at 5pm on Monday 17 February unless sold out prior. Entries are limited.
Maxxis All-Mountain
Returning in 2025, the Maxxis All-Mountain is a 6km enduro style racetrack with rock rolls, pinch climbs & steep switchbacks. The course has everything a rounded rider could ask for and will be a test of fitness.
It is mandatory for all competitors to complete a minimum of one practice run prior to their race run. It is strongly recommended to complete at least two practice runs prior to race runs.
Please note – a full face helmet, full finger gloves, knee pads & covered elbows are required.
Fox Flow
The Fox Flow will go down on Thredbo’s famous 5km Kosciuszko Flow Trail. Although not super technical, this race requires a fit efficient type of rider and will be high speed from top to bottom. This is a great introduction to gravity racing. Riders can also earn valuable points towards the champion school result.
It is mandatory for all competitors to complete a minimum of one practice run prior to their race run. It is strongly recommended to complete at least two practice runs prior to race runs.

Rockshox Downhill
The Rockshox Downhill will be raced on Thredbo’s famous Cannonball Downhill. This a black trail and is the most technical and advanced race at MTB Interschools. The course is a high-speed downhill track comprising of rock gardens, rough chutes, large jumps & raw terrain. This event is for advanced riders only!
It is mandatory for all competitors to complete a minimum of one practice run prior to their race run. It is strongly recommended to complete at least two practice runs prior to race runs.
All categories will race on the lower half of Thredbo’s Cannonball Downhill trail, starting from the fly over bridge.

Deity Pump Track
A test of ultimate skill and stamina, as riders pump, double and manual around the perfectly sculptured course. Riders will lay down a qualifying run in the morning with the top riders making it through to the afternoon finals event. Divisions 1, 2, 3 & 4 will race one outside followed by one inside lap of the course without pedaling. Division 5 will race one outside lap.
Chains are allowed, with pedaling ok up until the first table top, then no more pedaling for the rest of the course.
