Mountain Operations
This department is dedicated to all things mountain! Mountain Operations includes Lift Operations, Snowmaking, Snow Grooming, Terrain Park Building and Ski Patrol. This team keeps the fun spinning, are self-motivated, committed to detail, definitely not afraid of the dark, and tackle the mountain in all kinds of weather.

Snowsports
These sliding superstars are passionate about helping Thredbo’s guests conquer all things snow sports and include Instructors, Coaches, Race Department and Support Staff. Whether it’s a guest’s first day or hundredth day on the slopes this team of go getters is dedicated to helping them maximise their day of stoke in Thredbo.

Guest Services
This team of happy frontline daymakers are a fountain of knowledge about all things Thredbo. Guest Services takes care of lift, lesson and rental sales, and checking lift passes all while representing the Thredbo brand with a beautiful big smile. The Thredbo Leisure Centre is also part of our winning customer service team.

Retail and Rental
The fun enablers, these guys provide, fit and tune the equipment needed to take on the mountain. This friendly crew are responsible for renting out ski and snowboard gear, and selling high quality apparel to get our guests shredding comfortably and in style.

Environmental Services
The Environmental Services team is essential to keeping Thredbo Village running smoothly. This diverse crew look after a variety of resort services including the sewage treatment plant, water supply, waste and recycling management, snow clearing, road maintenance, car parking and shuttle buses.

Thredbo Alpine Hotel
This team is responsible for facilitating unforgettable moments in all things hospitality at the Thredbo Alpine Hotel, across 13 restaurants and bars, the Thredbo Resort Call Centre and Thredbo Apartment Management. Heaps of diverse roles make up the crew including food and beverage, conferencing, kitchen, stores, front office, reservations, housekeeping and more.

Thredbo Summer Guides
The mountains are calling and Thredbo’s Hiking Guides can’t help but answer. Our guides are the passionate explorers who are dedicated to showcasing Thredbo’s amazing backyard to our guests.

Thredbo Mountain Biking
When Thredbo starts to heat up so does the Thredbo Mountain Biking Team. Thredbo is one of Australia’s premier summer mountain biking destinations and has a growing team of talented mountain biking enthusiasts. This department are flexible frothers and look after renting the latest mountain bikes, spreading mountain bike lore on the trails, being part of making Thredbo’s huge mountain bike events a reality, and more.

Guest Services

Thredbo Head Office
This is the brains trust of the company that allows us to do the job we love. A range of roles including; Finance, Human Resources, Property, Workplace Health & Safety and Information Technology cater to some of the most experienced in their field. They are responsible for budgeting and making sure we get paid, hiring, running our extensive computer systems fluently and more. These departments are in charge of all the cool things Thredbo does as well as forecasting and seeking exciting opportunities for the resort’s continual improvement, both internally and externally.

Marketing & Media
These fun specialists are experts at getting the word out to Australia and the world about all the things that make Thredbo Australia’s home of stoke. Wizards with the camera, this department captures the season’s highlights and are Thredbo’s in-house cheerleaders on and offline.
