Like a kid in a candy store…

What a day today was! Experts had forecast 25-30cm to hit last night and today, however we woke up to 40cm of fresh dry snow in the village and 70cm up the top…Pow Day!
With fresh snow to be had all day and our tracks being filled in each couple runs, we’re claiming best day of the season so far! Here’s to a 100 more of those this winter.
Everyone had their fare share of powder turns, leg burns and frozen fingers today. I’ve never seen so many people smiling on the mountain and in the lift lines like today, every run their was hooting and hollering all the way down.
The mountain crew are currently working around the clock to get all lifts running for this weekend! With more snow on the forecast to fall till Friday and a big blue sky to appear on Saturday we would recommend getting out there all weekend.
We can safely say that we were all kids today and Thredbo was the worlds biggest and best candy store… ever.
