2019 July Kids Snow Festival

Kids are taking over the mountain this July, at the Thredbo Kids snow festival. There is something for everyone, with a huge line up of activities for our little snow bunnies, and of course, plenty of après for mum and dad.
There is a heap of activities for kids of all ages, including movie and pizza nights, face painting, winter bingo, kid’s only flare runs and loads more on and off mountain festivities.
All those little shredders, can join Olympian Torah Bright at the Mini Shred event, and learn how to slide and jump their way through a private terrain park on Friday Flat.
For those snow bunnies that just aren’t ready to leave the slopes yet, you can enjoy twilight riding on Friday Flat until 7pm on Saturdays and Thursdays. If the slopes haven’t tired you out, you can try out some winter disc golf or take a journey back through time at the Retro Snow Museum.
It’s not all about the kids, for those parents looking for some fun, there are plenty of après events where you can listen to live music and grab a cheeky schnapps.
And it wouldn’t be a Thredbo event without our famous Fireworks to send the alpines skies into a kaleidoscope of colour.
The festival runs from the 1_ 19 of July, so get the kids ready for a fun packed few weeks at Thredbo.
