A HUGE Snowstorm Has Arrived in Thredbo!

Snow has been falling down for the past 24 hours with storm totals now hitting 40cm up high and 20cm all the way down in the village – setting us up for an awesome opening weekend ahead!

Thredbo has received over 15cm of snow in the last 24 hours with an extra 20cm expected to fall over-night. Get those snow dances going!
A powerful cold front swept into the Snowy Mountains on Monday evening and brought blizzards from early morning Tuesday. Experts expect it to keep coming too with over 50cm predicted, providing a kick start for what is to be a great season ahead.
This week’s cold front looks like it is set to stick around with temperatures dropping to a maximum of 2 °C and low of -4 °C leading into Thredbo’s Opening Weekend.
