What A Send Off! That’s A Wrap On Another Awesome MTB Season

That’s a wrap! A huge number of you turned out to celebrate closing weekend.
On Saturday, the final round of the Thredbo Gravity Series went down. Competitors got their chains off and their costumes on for the Maxxis Chainless Champs race.
It was the last opportunity to rack up points for the overall series tally and riders did not hold back.
The costumes were as creative as ever and the fashion parade went off.
On Saturday, it was Tom Crimmins and Elleni Turkovic who took out the open men’s and women’s wins in the Chainless Champs race.
Who tallied up the most points throughout the season to become the Gravity Series Champions? No strangers to Thredbo’s podiums, the overall winners in the open men’s and women’s categories were Tim Eaton and Tegan Molloy respectively.
Thanks to everyone who got involved with this grassroots community event again this season. It’s growing every year and we love to see it.
