Terms and Conditions of Use

By selecting the 24/25 Ikon Base Pass Add On, you acknowledge and understand the following:

24/25 Ikon Base Pass Add On is available to the following:

1. Thredbo Season Pass Holders.
   • Excludes Thredbo Value Season Pass Holders.
2. Thredbo Season Pass Holders aged 5 to 69 years only at or after 8 June 2024.
   • This offer is not available to purchasers of the 4 years & under, 70 to 79 Years or 80 Years & over Thredbo Season Pass.

24/25 Ikon Base Pass – inclusions and Privacy Collection Statement:

1. The 24/25 Ikon Base Pass product is for your personal use only and not transferrable to another person or season outside of the validity period set out in point 2.
2. The 24/25 Ikon Base Pass product gives access to:
   a) Southern Hemisphere valid for use during the 2024 and 2025 winter seasons
   i. Total of 5 days at each destination to use during the 2024 and 2025 seasons combined.
   EG: Pass holder can use this benefit at Mt Buller for 2 days in 2024 and 3 days in 2025
   b) Northern Hemisphere valid for use during the 2024/25 winter season
3. Unlimited access at 14 destinations with limited blackouts at select destinations

4. 5-day access to 36 global destinations with limited restrictions

   b) Thredbo excluded due to season access included with the Thredbo Season Pass.
   c. Jackson Hole, Aspen Snowmass, Deer Valley, Sun Valley, Snowbasin and Alta excluded. No option to upgrade to Ikon Base Plus Pass or full Ikon Pass.
5. 8 Friends & Family vouchers valid at Ikon Base Pass locations excluding Thredbo
6. Exclusion to Thredbo is due to Thredbo Family and Friend Vouchers included with the Thredbo Season Pass.
7. 10% off Food, Beverage & Retail at participating destinations
   a. Does not apply to hardgoods or alcohol purchases.

   c. Does not apply at Thredbo.
8. Lodging & Destination Deals
   a. Pass holder must sign up for Ikon Pass and destination communication via https://www.ikonpass.com/en/shop-passes/ikon-base-pass
   b. Does not apply at Thredbo.
9. $50 POW Membership
   a. Ikon Base Pass Holders receive a one-year $50 USD-level membership to Protect Our Winters
10. Use and access of the 24/25Ikon Base Pass Add On requires the 2024 Thredbo Season Pass to be active. Where the 2024 Thredbo Season Pass is restricted from use due to indiscretion or improper use, the 24/25 Ikon Base Pass is also restricted from use.
11. Important: Ikon Base Pass inclusion does NOT include Ikon Adventure Assurance. Subject to applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), there is no option to defer the Ikon Base Pass to 2025/26 or receive pass credits in the case of COVID-19 related closures.
12. To complete the Ikon Base Pass purchase, we need to share your personal information (first and last name, address, email and D.O.B) with Alterra Mountain Company who will collect, store and use it in accordance with their Privacy Policy available at: https://www.alterramtnco.com/privacy-policy/

THREDBO SEASON PASS PROTECTION

Where Thredbo Season Pass Protection has been claimed, all inclusions and benefits associated including the Ikon Base Pass are void.

FORCE MAJEURE:

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to Thredbo’s Cancellation Policy, we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage (whether direct or consequential), nor be in default under these Terms and Conditions, for failure to observe or perform any of our obligations under these Terms and Conditions for any reason or cause which could not, with reasonable diligence, be controlled or prevented. These reasons or causes include any act of God, strike, lockout or other industrial disturbance or labour difficulty, act of public enemy, war (whether declared or not), blockade, revolution, riot, insurrection, civil commotion, pandemic, epidemic, outbreaks of infectious disease or any other public health crisis or any governmental orders or measures imposed to address such public health crisis, including quarantine or any other social restrictions, lightning, storm, flood, fire, earthquake or any other natural disaster or extreme weather condition, explosion, any action, inaction, demand, order, restraint, restriction, change in law, requirement, prevention, frustration or hindrance by or of any person, government or competent authority, embargoes, unavailability of any essential equipment, chemicals or other materials, unavoidable accident, lack of transportation and any other cause whether specifically referred to above or otherwise which is not within our reasonable control.

IF YOU BREACH ANY OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WE MAY REQUIRE YOU TO FORFEIT YOUR SEASON LIFT AND RESORT ACCESS, IN WHICH CASE YOU WILL LOSE ALL PRIVILEGES ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR SEASON LIFT PASS.
